RANDI G. HERMIZ (Founding Attorney) Commercial Transactions, Estate Planning and Real Estate
Founder and Managing Attorney of Hermiz & Associates, where he represents individuals, families, and businesses in corporate transactions, real estate, and estate planning. His practice centers on helping clients build and protect wealth through strategic planning, deal structuring, and practical legal guidance. Randi advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial financing, business succession, and complex real estate matters. He also designs integrated estate plans that align personal, business, and tax objectives. His clients include business owners, investors, and professionals across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality. Before returning full-time to his own practice, Randi spent time at one of Michigan's largest law firms, where he expanded his experience in corporate and healthcare transactions. Earlier, he served as general counsel to a national restaurant company and held senior legal roles in multinational manufacturing.
LINA A. ASMAR (Of Counsel) Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation, Federal Practice
Lina is passionate about working with clients to protect and defend their intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, trade rights, and copyrights. Lina began her career in the field of pharmacology prior to completing her law degree. Ms. Asmar is also an aggressive litigator, both in state and federal courts. When she is not advising clients in the boardroom or fighting for them in the courtroom, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her tradition of Sunday brunch.
